Most of the cutlery had been classic Norwegian style from Skaugum and Hardangerbestikk. Awesome detail. The restaurant has many cows milking only for them. Along with the desert was an exceptionally awesome milk ice product. The plum sake we experienced with it was delightful. On our way back up to
